摘要
分别采用轧制与轧制加拉拔两种加工工艺制备规格为12 mm×1.25 mm的TA2管材。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察管材的金相组织和内表面形貌,用万能材料试验机测试管材的室温力学性能,用数显显微维氏硬度计测定管材横断面的硬度,用试验机测试管材的扩口、压扁工艺性能。结果表明,采用轧制加拉拔工艺制备的TA2管材的力学性能、工艺性能和内表面质量均优于轧制工艺制备的同规格TA2管材。
TA2 pipes with the dimension ofφ12 mm × 1.25 mm were produced using rolling, and rollingdrawing process, respectively. The metallographic structures, morphology of inner surface, mechanical properties at room temperature, hardness and some other properties were all characterized. The results show that the TA2 pipes produced by rolling -drawing process have more excellent properties both in mechanical and process properties, and also have better inner surface quality than by rolling process.
