反相高效液相色谱法测定阿普唑仑片的含量

DETERMINATION OF ALPRAZOLAM IN TABLETS BY RP-HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法,以硝基安定为内标,测定了阿普唑仑片的含量。采用YWG-C_(18),10μm柱,甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0)(60:40)为流动相,在UV254nm波长处检测。在20～100μg/ml范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈线性关系。变异系数为0 2～2.2％。平均回收率为100±1.30(SD)％。

The contents of alprazolam in tablets were determined by RP-HPLC using nitrazepam as internal standard. A YWG-C_(18) column (10μ) wasused with methanol-0.05M phosphate buffer(pH6.0) (60:40) as mobile phase. TheUV detection warelength was 254 nm. The relationship between peak area andthe concentration (20～100μg/ml) was linear. The coefficient of variation andaverage recovery were less than 2.2% and 100±1.30%, respectively.
