Ryanodine Receptor and Insecticides Targeting at Ryanodine Receptor

以鱼尼丁受体为靶标的双酰胺类杀虫剂由于其较强的杀虫活性和对哺乳动物安全而成为农药研究创制单位关注的热点。对近些年来在鱼尼丁受体的同工型、高级结构、门控特性及以鱼尼丁受体为靶标药剂毒理学等方面的研究进行了综述,总结了双酰胺类杀虫剂代表药剂氯虫苯甲酰胺对昆虫的致死效应以及对昆虫生长发育、生殖、取食行为等方面的影响。

Novel diamide insecticides targeting at ryanodine receptor,which had excellent insecticidal activity and mammal safety,attracted much attention from research and creation institutes of pesticides.The isoforms,structures,gated characteristics and toxicology of the insecticides targeting at ryanodine receptor were reviewed in this paper.The biological profile of chlorantraniliprole and its effects on insect development,reproduction and feeding behaviour were also discussed.
