高校实验室管理工作的定位与思考

结合吉林大学实验室与设备管理的工作实践,提出了新形势下实验室与设备管理"紧密围绕教学科研任务,建设并完善学术支撑体系"的工作定位,系统化地整理了工作思路,规划了实验技术队伍建设、仪器设备更新、贵重仪器设备共享、实验室环保与技术安全和实验室开放等长效性工作,注重管理理念、管理模式与管理方法的更新,旨在为高校学校的实验室管理提供清晰的工作思路。

A work location of ＂Focusing on Teaching and Research Tasks and Building Academic Supporting System＂ is improved in the new situation,with the practice in Division of Laboratory and Equipment of Jilin University.This paper systematically arranges working ideas and programs some extended work,such as experimental team construction,instruments and equipment updating,expensive instruments and equipment sharing,environmental protection and technology security and laboratory opening.The aim is to provide a clear working idea for colleges and universities through renewing concept,style and methods of management.
