摘要
与工厂合作,为研究生专业课"现代光学实验"开发出独创的半外腔型激光频率分裂与模竞争教学实验系统,在同一谐振腔中得到频差较大而偏振态正交的2组激光纵模输出,借助扫描干涉仪和数字示波器可观测和记录2组纵模的频率分裂特性和模竞争现象。研究生通过该实验可深刻理解激光器工作原理和纵模形成机制,并研讨利用激光频率分裂特性进行几何量和物理量的测量方法。
The designers, in cooperation with the manufacturer, independently developed a laser frequencysplitting and mode competition teaching experiment system, which is adapted to graduate specialized program "Modern optical experiments. " Two laser emission longitudinal-mode groups with orthogonal polarization states obtained from the same resonant cavity; the characteristic of frequency-splitting and phenomenon of mode competition of the two longitudinal-mode groups can be observed and recorded by using scanning interferometer and digital oscilloscope. With the experiments, post graduate students can deeply understand working principle of laser and formation mechanism of longitudinal-mode, deliberate the measuring method of geometrical and physical parameters by using properties of laser frequency-splitting.
