摘要
针对离心泵特性曲线测定和单项流体流动阻力测定实验内容单一、缺乏创新性的实际情况,在分析研究了流体输送与流体流动基本原理的基础上,自主设计并制作了一套综合流体实验装置。该装置集成了离心泵特性曲线测定、直管阻力测定、管件阀门等局部阻力测定等多项实验功能,经检测实验数据准确可靠,重复性好。该装置可让学生自行设计实验内容、确定实验目标、动手调整被测项目,满足了综合性、设计性、创新性等现代实验教学的要求。
Considering singular content and lack of originality of existing experimental device, an integrated fluid-flow experimental device is designed and made on the basis of analyzing and researching the basic principle of the fluid transport and fluid flow resistance. The experimental device can detemiine the characteristic curve of centrifugal pump and fluid flow resistance of all kinds of tubes and valves. Experimental data is accurate and credible. And the reproducibility is very good by time and time tests. During the course of experiment, the students can design experimental content and objective by themselves, and can adjust measurement item according to determined content. The device can meet the demands of modem experiment teaching and experiment content.
