论邢玠在援朝御倭战争中对中国海防的经营

万历二十五年,朝鲜战争再度爆发,明朝政府委派邢玠率兵入朝作战。邢玠在指挥朝鲜战争时,也着眼于维护本国海防安全。为此,他主张御敌于外,力图通过将大量兵力调往朝鲜,实现在朝鲜歼敌,不让日军有越过朝鲜侵入内地的机会。同时,为了确保万无一失,邢玠还对本国沿海海防做了具体的部署,以与朝鲜战场相互策应,并力主设立天津巡抚作为协调本国海防事务的专职官员。以上举措,不但有利于朝鲜战场形势的发展,而且切实加强了本国的海防力量。
