吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical observation of gemcitabine and cisplatin combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察吉西他滨(GEM)与顺铂(DDP)联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效及副作用。方法吉西他滨1 000 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1、8天;顺铂40 mg/m2,第1、2天静脉滴注,每28 d为一周期。每2个周期评定疗效。治疗33例患者,其中有2例因吉西他滨过敏退出治疗组。结果完全缓解(CR)0例、部分缓解(PR)13例、稳定(SD)7例、进展(PD)11例,总有效率(CR+PR)41.9%(13/31),疾病控制率(CR+PR+SD)64.5%(20/31)。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和恶心、呕吐。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌有效率41.9%。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and toxicity of Gemcitabine（GEM） and Cisplatin（CDDP） combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 31 cases of advanced NSCLC were treat with combined chemotherapy including Gemcitabine and Cisplatin.GEM 1 000 mg/m2,iv,d1,d8;CDDP 40 mg/m2,iv,d1,d2.The regimen was respeated every 28 days.Tumor assessment was done after 2 cycles.Results The rates of complete remission（CR）,partial remission（PR）,stabilization,and progression（PD） were respectively 0%,41.9%（13/31）,22.6%（7/31） and 35.5%（11 /31）.Total effective rate was 41.9%（13/31）,disease control rate was 64.5%（20/31）.The main adverse reaction were the inhibition of bone marrow and nausea or vomiting.Conclusion Gemcitabine and cisplatin regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
