摘要
基于韶钢集团使用的铁合金机械取样机的构造原理及在质量检验流程中工作原理的分析,为了有效、科学地实施机械取样,分别采用了抽号码、组批和监控方式,对袋装铁合金质量检验流程进行规范和优化.通过与人工取样效果的对比表明,机械取样机提高了铁合金质量检验水平,取得了显著效果.
The analysis is based on the fundamentals of the structure of the ferroalloy mechanical sampling machine and the fundamentals of the working of quality inspection process of CCSG. In order to achieve effective and scientific mechanical sampling, methods such as drawing lots, batch and monitoring are used to regulate and optimize the bagged ferroalloy quality inspection process. By comparing with the mechanical sampling with the artificial sampling, obvious progress and improvement are made in the ferroalloy quality inspection process with better results.
