摘要 为研究不同位置的氨基糖对阿霉素类的抗肿瘤活性的构效关系,以2-氨基葡萄糖为原料合成了4个2-氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖衍生物;以D-葡萄糖为原料通过8步反应合成了3-脱氧-3-邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-D-阿洛糖衍生物。 One derivative of 3-deoxy-3-amido-D-allopyranose and four der-ivatives of 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose as sugar moiety for synthesizing newdaunomycin analogues were synthesized from D-glucose and glucosamine respectively.
