摘要
高校辅导员是一线开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其工作状态是影响高校思想政治工作成效与辅导员职业发展进程的重要因素,具有鲜明的职业应激特点,在认知、情感情绪以及意志行为的心理三维度上内涵丰富,体现着服从、认同、同化与积极实现的发展过程。
Instructors are the backbone for the development of undergraduates political thought education. Their working states influence the ideological and political work achievement of university and the development process of this profession. It bears distinct characters of occupational stress, and has ample meanings in the three psychological dimensions of recognition, emotion mood and volitional behavior, reflecting the development of obedience, identification, assimilation and positive achievement.
