摘要
晚清修律标志着中国法制近代化的开端。促成晚清修律的动因是多方面的,其中政治因素是最主要的原因,而经济因素不是晚清修律的首要原因,收回领事裁判权与晚清修律虽也有某种联系,但不构成晚清修律的主要原因。
The amendments to the law in the late Qing Dynasty mark the beginning of the modernization of China＇ s legal system. There are many factors contributing to the amendments, among them, the political factor is the main one. Economic factor has a certain influence, but it is not the primary cause. Recovering the consular jurisdiction has a link with it, but it isnt one of the motivations.
