耐多药结核病目前日益受到全世界的广泛重视 ,随着其发生率不断增加以及可能的传播扩大 ,将对全球结核病的控制构成严重威胁。就其定义、流行病学现状、产生机制、治疗原则及药物选择、新的药物治疗作一简要概述。

Multi drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR TB) now draws more and more attention all over the world. The increasing incidence and probably wide spread of MDR TB will make it a threat to the global control of tuberculosis. The definition, present epidemiology and etiopathology of MDR TB and the therapeutic principle, drug selection and new chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of MDR TB were discussed.
