摘要
大学生就业难是一个客观事实但并非绝对意义上的,包括就业市场的完善、短期供给量、大学生就业选择的影响以及就业能力的缺乏等,消除这些因素需要通过就业机制设计可以更好的对现有高校人力资源进行整合,实现就业目标。所以,就业机制的现实选择意义重大。
Graduates' difficulties in job market include the underdeveloped labor market, sharply increased short-term supply, the impact of graduates' employment options as well as lack of employability, etc. To eliminate the difficulties, a better mechanism should be established to integrate human resources of the existing colleges and universities, so as to reach the employment goals. Therefore, the realistic choice of employment mechanism is significant.
