摘要
选择性血栓素A_2合成酶抑制剂哒唑氧苯,由4-(2-氯乙氧基)苯甲酸乙酯与咪唑经相转移催化缩合反应而制得。药理实验结果表明该药有抑制大鼠中性粒细胞释放TXB_2和促使牛主动脉内皮细胞cAMP水平升高的作用。
Dazoxiben was synthesized with phase transfer catalytic alkylation between ethyl 4-(2-chlorothoxy) benzoate and imidazole. Pharmacological tests showed that dazoxiben inhibited the production of TXB_2from rat neutrophils and increased intracellular level of cAMP in bovine aorticendothelial cells.
