教学质量工程是高等教育推进教育教学改革、提高教学质量和人才培养质量的基础性工程。在当前高校注重教学质量工程建设的大背景下,需要进一步加强对教学质量工程建设规律的研究,深化质量工程的内涵建设。在遵循高等教育发展规律的基础上,高校应该把质量意识的强化、教学水平的提高和项目工程的科学实施,作为质量工程建设的关键环节来抓,使教学质量工程真正成为高校教学质量和人才培养质量提升的奠基石。

Projects of teaching quality is fundamental for institutions of higher learning to push the educational revolution forward and improve the quality of teaching and personnel training. Due to more attention to the project construction, the research of the construction rules is necessary to strengthen the projects of teaching quality in a further step and deepen the connotation construction. Based on the development of higher learning, some keys need more attention such as the strengthening of quality consciousness, the improvement of teaching and the scientific implementation of the projects, and thus the projects of teaching quality is the fundament for college teaching quality and personnel training.
