摘要 应用分子印迹技术,以邻苯二胺和对苯二酚为功能单体,心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)为模板分子,在pH 7.0磷酸盐缓冲液中,利用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面聚合形成了分子印迹膜。该分子膜对cTnI有特异性识别作用,在0.01~2.00μg/mL的范围内,cTnI的浓度与氧化峰电流的变化呈线性关系,检测下限为2 ng/mL,响应时间为15 min。该分子印迹传感器具有制备简单、特异性及稳定性好等优点。 Using o-phenylenediamine and hydroquinone as the fuctional monomer, and cardiac troponin I as the template, the molecular imprinting membrane was synthesized in the PBS solution of pH 7.0 by cyclic vohammetry on the glassy carbon electrode with molecular imprinting technology. This membrane exhibited a specific recognization of cardiac troponin I, on the concentration of 0.01 -2.00 μg/mL, the concentrations and peak currents showed a linear relationship The detection limit was 2 ng/mL, the respond time was 15 minutes. The molecular imprinting biosensor had advantages of easy preparation, good specificity and stability.
