Determination of Primary Stoichiometric Composition in Potassium and Sodium Feldspar by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrum Method(XRF)

摘要 采用熔融制样,以钾长石、钠长石国家标准样品为主,辅以粘土、炉渣、硅石等标准样品,配制成一系列校准标准样品,用X射线荧光光谱法测定钾长石和钠长石中的Na2O、Al2O3、SiO2、K2O、CaO、Fe2O3、TiO2的含量,结果表明:方法的相对标准偏差为0.065%~2.9%,其测定结果与标准值基本一致,准确度好,可替代湿法化学分析,适合于长石类硅铝酸盐矿物的日常分析。 In this paper, the contents of Na20, A12 03, SiO2, K20, CaO, Fe2O3 and TiO2 in potassium and sodium feldspar were determined by XRF. Samples were prepared by fusion method. A series of standard solutions for calibration were prepared mainly with the national standards of potassium and sodi- um feldspar and supplementary with clay, slag and silica standards. The results show that standard devia- tion of this method is 0. 065%-2.9%, which is basically consistent with the standard value. This meth- od, due to its better accuracy, can be used as a routine method for analyzing feldspar-like aluminosilicate minerals and replace the wet chemical analysis method.
