基因重组人白细胞介素-Ⅱ中氨苄青霉素残留量的测定

目的:测定基因重组人白细胞介素Ⅱ中氨苄青霉素残留量。方法:采用抗生素微生物学测定法测定基因重组人白细胞介素Ⅱ中氨苄青霉素残留量,在测定结果为阳性时用HPLC法作氨苄青霉素鉴定。结果:微生物学测定法最低检出量为0.005μg/ml,HPLC法最低检出量为0.002μg。结论:本法灵敏度高,简便可行。
