摘要
目的:将聚维酮碘制成10%乳膏,用于治疗烧伤,观察其临床疗效。方法:以乳化法制备乳膏,用循环试验、耐热、耐寒试验和离心法考察其稳定性,以创面细菌培养和创面愈合程度判断疗效。结果:聚维酮碘乳膏制备方法,质量稳定,临床疗效显著,毒副作用小,不易耐药,不易产生过敏反应。结论:聚维酮碘乳膏是一种可供临床选用的烧伤外用药。
OBJECTIVE :Providoneiodivewaspreparedtobe 1 0 %cream .Itwasusedinburntreatmentandwas doserredtheclinicaleffects.METHOD :Thecreamwasprepartedbyemulsionprocess.Itsstabilitywasobservedbycycle test,heatprooftest,coldprooftestandcentrifugalprocess.Theeffectswerejudgedbybacterialcultureofburnsuperficies andhealingdegreeofburnsuperficies.RESULTS :Thepreparationofprovidoneiodivecreamwassimple,andthequalityis stable.Ithadnoticeableclinicaleffectsandlittleside effects,andwouldnotcausetoleranceandallergicreactions. CONCLUSION :Itisthealternativeburnmedicineinclinicaltreatment.
