火车交通事故所致创伤的损伤特点分析

Analysis of the Injury Characteristics in Train Accident Trauma

目的 探讨由火车所致创伤的损伤特点。方法 对国内近 5年 13家铁路医院收治的 986 7例火车创伤进行回顾性分析。结果 火车创伤的特点为损伤程度重、伤类复杂、多发伤发生率高以及死亡率和致残率高。结论 针对火车创伤的特点 ,综合治理措施应包括改善铁路安全设施 。

? Objective To explore the injury characterisitics of trauma occurred in train accident.Methods Total 9 867 cases of train accident trauma,who were admitted into 13 railway hospitals in the past 5 years in our country,were reviewed and analyzed.Results The train accident trauma was often severe and complex,and of high incidence of multiple trauma.The rates of death and disablement were also high.Conclusion According to the injury characteristics of train accident trauma,the improvement of railway safety measures should be included in the integrated counter measures against train accidents,the pre hospital emergency aid net should be established and the treatment standards be further improved. 〔
