益心康泰胶囊对冠状动脉结扎所致心肌缺血大鼠模型的保护作用

The Protective Action of Yixinkangtaijiaonang on the Myocardial Ischemia Rats

目的:观察益心康泰胶囊(YXKTJN)对冠脉结扎致心肌缺血大鼠是否具有保护作用。方法:通过大鼠冠脉结扎致心肌缺血模型,观察益心康泰胶囊对大鼠心电图和心肌酶的影响。结果:同正常组比较,模型组心电图T波高耸,J点抬高,1h后改变基本稳定在一个水平。同模型组比较,中、高剂量益心康泰胶囊均可改善冠脉结扎所致的心肌缺血的心电图改变,高剂量组尤为明显。益心康泰胶囊可明显降低血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)等酶的水平。结论:益心康泰胶囊对冠状动脉结扎所致心肌缺血大鼠具有较好的保护作用。

Objective ：To observe whether YXKTJN could protect the rats of myocardium isehemie or not, caused by ligation ot a coronary artery. Methods ：To study the effects of electrocardiograph （ECG） and myocardial enzymes a in experimental rats by ligating the coronary arteries.Results ：Compared with control group, there are significant changes of ECG in the myocardium isehemic group, such as towering T pulse and elevated J point ; compared with myocardium isehemic group, YXKTJN could improve the change of ECG in a dose-dependent way.It was indicated that YXKTJN significantly reduced the level of LDH and CK.Conclusion ：YXKTJN can protect the myocardium of myocardium ischemie rats caused by ligation of a coronary artery.
