摘要
通过在人工气候室对设计的5种不同伞形结构的330 kV复合绝缘子进行大量的人工覆冰闪络试验,研究了伞形结构对复合绝缘子覆冰状态及50%覆冰闪络电压的影响。试验结果表明,相同覆冰程度下,不同伞型结构复合绝缘子的覆冰状态有明显的差异,优化复合绝缘子的伞形结构,合理布置大伞,可以使覆冰闪络电压提高50%。研制了330 kV防冰闪复合绝缘子,并在电力系统中大量使用,运行效果良好。
Large number of artificial icing flashover test is conducted for the composite insulator with 5 different sheds in the artificial climate chamber. The effect of shed structure upon composite insulator icing & 50% icing flashover voltage is studied. The test showed that the 5 shed structure composite insulators'icing is rather different under same icing. Optimization of shed structure of composite insulator & reasonable arrangement of shed can improve 50% of icing flashover voltage. 330kV icing flashover prevention composite insulator is researched and applied in power system, and obtain good operation effect.
