摘要
通过正交试验确定了Fenton试剂处理EDTA清洗废液的最佳反应条件为起始反应温度为30℃左右,初始pH值为3.5左右,向废液中加入30%双氧水/Fe^(2+)的比为7.21/150(g/mg)的溶液。在此最佳条件下直接处理EDTA清洗废液,COD值去除率可达92.18%;先回收EDTA后再处理废液,总的COD值去除率可达99.06%。通过对2种处理方法的效果和经济性比较,得出了回收EDTA后再处理的方法,适合当前的环保要求。
The optimum reaction conditions of processing EDTA chemical cleaning waste liquor is determined by orthogonal test. The initial reaction temperature is about 30 ℃, initial pH is about 3.5, the ratio of 30% H2O2 / Fe2+ is 7.21/150(g/mg). Under the optimum reaction conditions, the COD removal rate of direct processing EDTA chemical cleaning waste liquor is 92.18%; the COD removal rate of processing EDTA chemical cleaning waste liquor after Recovering EDTA is 99.06%.Through contrasting the effectiveness and economy of two processing methods,it is proved that the method of processing after recovering is keeping with the current environmental requirements.
