我国制造业行业R&D存量对增加值弹性测度——基于静态和动态面板分析

摘要 通过永续盘存法估计了1997-2008年R&D资本存量,利用引进R&D存量的柯布道格拉斯生产函数,考察了研发投入对不同分类下的制造业行业产出增长的弹性.研究结果表明:在静态和动态面板数据模型中,R&D活动对制造业产出有显著的正效应,并且高技术行业弹性比中低技术行业弹性大,规模大的行业比规模小的行业弹性大.我国制造业行业总体R&D投入相对过低,最后给出了相应的政策建议. Abstract :Evaluating the R﹠D capital stock of 1997 -2008 depend on the perpetual inventory method ,then using the expanded Cobb - Douglas production function to investigate the output elasticity of R﹠D in every class of manufacturing Industry. Re- search shows that in the static model and dynamic model, R﹠D activities all plays an obvious positive effect on output, and the high -tech industry has a high Elasticity than middle -tech and low -tech Industry, the large scale industry has a high Elas- ticitv than small scale Industry. The R﹠D input is low in Manufacturinz Industry and we zive the relative su^estions.
