摘要
探讨了胰脏激活提取温度和时间对胰酶的收率和活力的影响。结果表明,提取过程中的温度和时间是影响胰酶收率和活力的主要因素。选择较佳激活提取工艺条件,胰酶收率可达8~11%,胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活力比为1:30:10。
The effect of temperature and time of activation and extractionon yield and activity of three pancreatic enzymes was studied. using optimumconditions of activation (below 5℃, 40 h) and extraction (20℃, 2h; or 10℃, 4h),the yield of pancreatin in 8~11% and the activity of three pancreatic enzymesin 1:30:10 (trypsin:amylase:lipase) could obtained.
