论升降出入

On Ascending, Descending, Exiting and Entering

升降出入是气体运行的方向 ,凡物皆有之。天地之气有升有降 ,升已必降 ,降已必升 ;有出有入 ,交相往来。人与天地相参 ,其气机的运行 ,与自然之气息息相关 ,交相呼应。一旦运行失常 ,则诸证作矣。因此临证时必须重视对气机升降出入的调节 ,这样才能有助于提高疾病的治愈率。

Ascending, descending, exiting and entering are moving directions of Qi, and possessed by everything, Natural Qi is certain to ascend at the end of descent, and vice versa; as well as exits and enters in turn. A Human being is related to nature, the motion of Qi in the body is closely linked with natural Qi and take concerted action, diseases often occurs under the abnormal motion of Qi. Therefore, adjustment of ascending, descending, exiting and entering of Qi is necessary in the treatment to increase the curative rate.
