RP-HPLC法测定中药山茱萸中马钱素的含量

Determination of Loganin in Fruit of Cornus officinalis with RP-HPLC Method

目的 为定量分析中药山茱萸的质量提供有效手段。方法 采用反相HPLC法对不同加工方法及药用部位山茱萸中马钱素的含量进行测定。固定相为YWGC18色谱柱 ,4.6 (i.d .)× 2 5 0mm ;流动相为甲醇 -水 (30∶70 ) ;检测波长为 2 36nm。结果 中药山茱萸马钱素含量为 0 .0 9%～ 1.0 3%。结论 可作为中药山茱萸质量控制的定量分析方法 ,对加强中药山茱萸的标准化研究具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE: To provide an efficient means for quantitative analysis of the quality of fruit of Cornus officinalis . METHOD: RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of loganin in various samples of fruit of Cornus officinalis , which are different from their collecting periods, typical processing and medicinal part. Chromatographic experiments were performed on YWG-C 18 column (4.6(i.d.)×250 mm), the mobile phase was methanol and water (30∶70); and the peaks were monitored at 236 nm. RESULT: The contents of loganin in the samples range from 0.09% to 1.03%.CONCLUSION: It was shown that a new approach for the assay of loganin has important significance for standardization of quality control of the fruit of Cornus officinalis .
