摘要 目前三相功率因数校正技术广泛应用于PWM整流环节,而预测电流控制则是实现单位功率因数的一种有效控制策略。这种控制方式有效地解决了网侧电压电流相位校正的问题,以简单的电压环和电流环替代原有的复杂的功率环,既简化了算法程序,又节省了数字信号处理器的资源。电压环采用PI调节器,可以稳定调节直流输出电压,电流环采用相位跟踪技术,可以使整流器获得较高的功率因数。此PWM整流器在网侧添加双向可控硅控制的软启动装置,使直流侧输出电压在装置上电瞬间平稳上升至稳态电压。 The technique of three-phase power factor correction is widely used in PWM rectifier. Predictive current control strategy applied in three-phase power factor correction technical fields is one of effective control strategies to realize unity power factor, which has solved the phase correction problem of voltage and current in the net-side effectively. The complex power loop is replaced by the simple voltage loop and current loop to simplify the algorithm and save the space of digital signal processor. The voltage loop using PI regnlation could keep the output voltage constant, while the current loop using phase tracking technique could make the rectifier gain higher power factor. Soft-start devices were added behind the inductors to make DC voltage up to steady- state voltage smoothly at the moment of the rectifier device turned on.
