一种全桥移相ZVS倍压变换器及其参数优化

摘要 针对MPM集成高压电源应用场合,提出一种能在较宽负载范围内实现ZVS(Zero-Voltage-Switching)的全桥移相倍压变换器。分析了变换器的工作原理和特性,讨论了电路参数对工作状态的影响以及各参数之间的制约关系,推导出主回路原边电流有效值表达式,建立了变换器的优化设计模型,结合MATLAB优化方法对变换器进行优化,最后用实验证明优化设计的合理性。 A ZVS (zero-voltage-switching) full-bridge phase-shift converter with voltage-multiplier was proposed for high voltage and high power applications. The operation principle and characteristics of the convener were analyzed. With the equation of the primary current RMS deduced, a new design method for fiall-bridge phase-shift dual voltage converter was proposed and established. Then, the converter was optimized by MATLAB. Finally, the experiment results verified the analysis, deduction and the optimal design results.
