摘要
小信号测试技术在CVT现场误差测试中的应用由于受到电磁干扰致使效果不理想。本文介绍了小信号测试技术的原理,对CVT现场测试的电磁干扰进行了分析,提出了屏蔽罩技术和异频及滤波技术两种抗电磁干扰技术方案并进行运用。经过现场的比对试验,变频及滤波技术在抗电磁干扰方面具有良好的效果。
The small-signal test has gradually been applied in CVT error field test, hut this testing method is not ideal when it subjected to the electromagnetic interference. This paper introduces the principle of the small-signal test technology and analyzes the electromagnetic interference of CVT field test, proposes and utilizes two technical solutions of anti-electromagnetic interference with shield cover and frequency conversion & filtering. It showed that the frequency conversion and filtering technology has good results in the anti-electromagnetic interference after the trial of field testing.
