摘要 根据阀控式铅酸(Valve Regulated Lead Acid,VRLA)蓄电池的数学模型提出了一种计算电池剩余容量的方法,然后以TI公司的TMS320LF2812A为核心,设计了一种新型电池容量、电压、电流和温度实时在线监测系统。电压检测采用巡检方式,以降低成本和系统冗余;温度检测采用温度传感器DS18B20,体积小且精度高;上位机实时显示电池组的状态。实际运行表明此监测系统具有实时检测、精度高、使用灵活并可以长期稳定运行的特点。 Based on the mathematical model of VRLA batteries, a method to calculate the residual battery capacity is presented. With TI TMS320LF2812A as the kernel, a novel online and real-time system to monitor capacity, voltage, current and temperature of battery is developed. In this system, to reduce cost and system redundancy, inspection method is employed to delect battery group voltage. A small size and high precision temperature sensor, DS18B20, is utilized for battery temperature detection. The VRLA states are displayed on upper computer in real time. Experiments have shown that this monitoring system can realize real-time measurement and long-term stable operation with flexibility and high precision.
