代谢综合征的中医症状调查分析

Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms Correlated with Metabolic Syndrome

目的进行代谢综合征中医症状调查分析。方法采用病例对照研究,代谢综合征中医症状选择参考《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病的症状分级量化标准,代谢综合征诊断标准采用国际糖尿病联盟2005年颁布的全球统一定义,采用Spearman等级相关分析和Logistic回归分析考察中医症状与代谢综合征的相关性。结果 45个中医症状中,共有24个与代谢综合征显著相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究初步显示代谢综合征具有痰湿内盛、阴虚燥热和气阴两虚的证候特点。

Objective To investigate and analyze traditional Chinese medicine （.TtSM） symptoms correlated with metabolic syndrome. Methods A case-control trial was employed. The TCM symptoms correlated with metabolic syndrome were selected in line with symptom quantitation criteria of hypertension, hyper lipidemia, and diabetes in Guidelines for Clinical Studies on New Traditional Chinese Drugs. Metabolic syndrome was diagnosed according to global definition promulgated by International Diabetes Federation （IDF） in 2005. The correlation between TCM symptoms and metabolic syndrome was analyzed using Spearman＇s rank correlation analysis and binary Logistic regression. Results Of 45 TCM symptoms, 24 were significantly correlated with metabolic syndrome （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This pilot study shows that metabolic syndrome has syndrome characteristics such as accumulation of phlegm and dampness, dry- ness and heat due to yin-deficiency, and deficiency of both qi and yin.
