河南省泼河水库水质和藻类水华发生关系

摘要 为研究泼河水库富营养化水平以及氮、磷污染与水库富营养化的关系,从2009年5月至2010年4月调查了河南省泼河水库的总氮、总磷、叶绿素a和浮游植物含量。泼河水库的总氮最高含量为1.21mg/L,总磷最高含量为0.120mg/L,叶绿素a最高含量为0.033mg/L。总氮和总磷平均含量分别为0.489mg/L和0.059mg/L,叶绿素a为0.01mg/L,为蓝藻型富营养化水体。9月浮游植物平均细胞密度高达2.75×108个/L,优势种为铜绿微囊藻(M.Aeruginosa)。1月浮游植物平均细胞密度降低到2.32×106个/L。调查结果说明,水库已经处于富营养状态。 To research the eutrophication level of Bohe reservoir,and the relationship between the reservoir eutrophication and nitrogen-phosphorus pollution,the content of total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),chlorophyll a and phytoplankter were monitored in the Bohe reservoir from May 2009 to April 2010.The highest content of TN,TP and chlorophyll a were 1.21 mg/L,0.120 mg/L and 0.033 mg/L,respectively,and the average values were 0.489 mg/L,0.059 mg/L and 0.01mg/L.The phytoplankter community of the reservoir was dominated by cyanobacteria from May to October.In September,the mean cell abundance of phytoplankter was 2.75×108 cells/L.M.aeruginosa became the dominant species.In January,the mean cell abundance of phytoplankter decreased to 2.32×106 cells/L.The research results indicated that the reservoir was in eutrophication state already.
