摘要
目的 观察醒脑开窍法与头针治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。方法 醒脑开窍法与头针交替使用治疗中风所致偏瘫３００ 例，并与传统体针组２００ 例比较疗效。结果 痊愈率５７％ ，有效率９７．３３％ ，与对照组比较具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．００５）。结论 醒脑开窍法与头针治疗中风偏瘫疗效确切。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of resuscitating and scalp acupunctures on apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods 300 patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic or hemorrhagic apoplexy were treated by alternate resuscitating and scalp acupuncture. The curative effect was compared with that of traditional body acupuncture on another 200 patients. Results The cure rate was 57% and the effective rate was 97.33%. There was a significant difference ( P <0.005) when they were compared with those in control group. Conclusion It is indicated that the effect in treatment group is superior to that in control group.
