金莲花挥发油GC-MS分析及单料烟加香应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了开发新型的烟用天然香料,采用优化的水蒸气蒸馏法提取金莲花挥发油,并进行GC-MS分析和单料烟加香试验。结果表明,金莲花挥发油最佳提取工艺为:金莲花粉碎至0.38mm,加10倍量水浸泡2h后,水蒸气蒸馏提取5h。金莲花挥发油中共鉴定出33种化学成分,占挥发油总量的92.10%,主要香气成分有十六酸(20.89%)、十四酸(16.63%)、月桂酸(11.15%)、b-紫罗兰酮(0.83%)、金合欢基丙酮(0.57%)等。金莲花挥发油具有提高卷烟烟气的香气质和香气量,降低刺激性和改善余味的作用。 In order to develop the new natural tobacco flavoring,the essential oil was extracted from Trollius chinensis Bunge by optimization of steam distillation.The constituents of essential oil were identified by GC-MS,and the applications of the oil in unblended cigarette flavoring were studied as well.The results showed that optimal extraction process of oil was as follows: grinding degree is 0.38mm,water-adding multiple is 10,soaking time is 2 h and distillation time is 5 h.A total of 33 flavoring constitutes were identified,accounting 92.1% of total contents.The main constituents identified from Trollius chinensis Bunge were: n-hexadecanoic acid(20.89%),tetradecanoic acid(16.63%),dodecanoic acid(11.15%),β-ionone(0.83%) and farnesylacetone(0.57%),etc.The essential oil from Trollius chinensis Bunge was characterized by enhancing the aroma quality and volume of smoke,reducing irritancy and improving the aftertaste.
