高效液相色谱法测定维酶素中核黄素,利用十八烷基键合相柱,以pH4.5的甲醇-醋酸缓冲液(33:66)为流动相,流速0.5ml/min,以对乙酰氨基酚为内标,检测波长267nm,平均回收率101.1%,变异系数0.72%,此法重现性好。
A reversed-phase HPLC is described for determining riboflavinin Weimesu with Spheri-5 RP-18 column. The mobile phase is pH 4.5 methanol-acetic acid buffer (33:66). Paracetamol is chosen as internal standard, monitoredby UV detector at 267 nm. The recovery of riboflavin is 101.1% and coefficientof variation is 0.72%.
