摘要
分层装配式钢结构工业化住宅体系是一种新型低层工业化住宅结构体系,其主要特点为密柱、梁贯通、柱梁铰接、水平力主要由柱间支撑承担、模数化集成设计及标准化生产和装配式施工安装。从体系研发背景、体系组成及设计原理与主要构造、各种主要性能试验研究、工程应用实例等几方面对该产品的特点、性能和产品推广应用前景进行了分析和介绍。
The hierarchical assembly of steel industrialized house system is a kind of new system with main characteristics of close-column, beam through, column and beam hinged, bearing the horizontal forces by the column and brace, modulus integrated design, standardization of production and prefabricated construction and installation. In the paper, the background of system development, system composition, design rule and the main configuration of structure, various main performance tests, engineering application example of the product characteristics, performance and product application prospects were introduced and analyzed.
