摘要
以大同第二发电厂拟建双跨三心圆柱面网壳为背景,对钢网壳结构选型、荷载取值和工况组合、结构计算及分析进行介绍。采用3D3S软件对结构进行优化设计,采用有限元设计软件SAP2000对该网壳进行恒载、活载、风载、温度及双向地震作用下应力和位移分析,通过模态分析考察该网壳的自振特性并与设计软件3D3S的结果进行对比。分析结果表明:有限元分析软件SAP2000计算结果与设计软件3D3S计算结果基本接近,网壳各杆及下部结构构件的强度、稳定和长细比均符合规范要求,该结构稳定可靠,满足设计、施工和使用的要求。
On the background of three-centered circular cylindrical lattices shell structure of double span in the Datong Second Power Plant, the structural shape selection, load value and the condition combination, structure calculation and analysis were introduced. The structure was designed and optimized by the 3D3S software. The finite element SAP 2000 software was used to analyze the forces and displacement of the shell under dead load, live load,wind load, and the action effect of temperature and bi-directional earthquake. The self vibration was studied through the analysis of the modals and the results were compared with the design results of the 3D3S software. The analysis showed that t^e results from the finite element SAP 2000 software basically close to the one by 3D3S. The shell bars and elements strength, stability and slenderness ratio of the lower shell structural met the regulatory requirements. The structure was stable and reliable to meet the design, construction and use of requirements.
