摘要
某化工厂粉煤气化合成氨厂房钢结构吊装施工,工程特点是合成氨重型设备与钢结构吊装必须穿插施工。技术难点是2根钢箱梁的6个接头要在质量为240t合成器悬挂空中的状态下以最短时间焊接完成,且焊缝质量必须合格;同时,在合成器到达现场前,其他钢箱梁安装及焊接施工也应完成。吊装工艺采用"分件流水法"、"内控法"进行质量控制,其测量基准点设在+35.000m平台上。吊装施工选用1台C7050型外附着自升式塔吊进行。经工程实践,钢结构吊装及设备安装进展有序。经检测,厂房钢结构吊装质量优良,气化合成设备安装质量优良。施工技术及全过程管控使工程施工取得了预期的良好效果。
The hoisting construction of a chemical coal gasification ammonia plant steel was introduced. The characteristic of project was the heavy equipment must be interspersed with steel erection construction. Technical difficulties lied in two of the six joints of steel box girder which must completed welding in 240 t heavy synthesizer hanging in the air condition in short time in possible, the welding quality must be qualified. Meanwhile, before the synthesizer arriving, installation and welding of steel box girder must he completed. Lifting process use "sub-parts water law", "internal control method" was adopted for monitoring and quality control, the measurement reference point located at q- 35. 000 m platform. Erection of a C7050 tower crane was applied. The engineering practice showed that steel erection and equipment installation orderly progress. After testing, it proved a good quality of steel erection, equipment installation of synthetic gasification. The whole process of construction technology and control achieved the desired good results.
