摘要
目的:探讨细菌防护液(BPL)与受照小鼠脾脏细胞生物学效应的关系。方法:应用流式细胞仪((FCM)检测细胞的凋亡指数和免疫参数(CD+4、CD+8、NK)。结果:BPL能够降低细胞凋亡率(P<0.01),同时能够提高细胞的增殖率(P<0.05)。其作用机制可能与提高NK细胞活性和CD+4、CD+8数量有关。结论:本研究进一步证实,BPL对辐射损伤细胞有一定的保护作用,为临床应用提供科学数据。
Objective:To study the relationship between bacterial protective liquid(BPL) and the biological effect of mouse spleen cells by irradiation. Methods:Cellular apoptosis indez and immunity parameter(CD + 4、CD + 8、NK) Was analyzed with flow cytometry (FCM). Results:BPL can decreased the percentage of apoptosis cells(P<0 01), but increased the percentage of proliferation cells (P<0 05). The theorem of action with possible raise the percentage vitality of NK cells and CD + 4、CD + 8 quantity. Conclusions:This study results has been further proved,BPL have been protection action at cells radiation injury. This scientific data furnish for clinicalpractice.
