Research on Mine Hoist Monitoring System of Elevating Status

传统的矿井提升机提升状态监控系统存在如控制方式繁琐、可靠性低、调速性能差、没有运行参数显示等诸多问题,对矿井安全生产造成较大影响。采用工控机结合PLC组成的数字式监控系统,相对于传统的机械式监控系统提高了系统安全性、可靠性和控制精度,改善了调速性能。

The traditional mine hoist monitoring system of elevating status has many disadvantages such as complicated operation, low reliability, poor performance in speed adjustment, no running parameter display and so on. These problems are significantly harmful to the production safety in mines. The digital monitoring systems are composed of configuration software and PLC. Compared with the original mechanical monitoring systems, this new system improves security, reliability, control accuracy and the performance of speed adjustment.
