摘要
在非线性有限元理论的基础上,应用Catia软件建立整车有限元模型,进行汽车正面碰撞仿真分析。通过对前纵梁的改进,B柱速度、加速度时间历程等结果显示改进措施有效,汽车的安全性能得到了改进。
Based on nonlinear finite element theory, the finite element model of whole vehicle was built by using Catia software, thus the full-scale frontal impact process of the car was simulated and analysed. After irriproving the longitudinal, the results from the B column speed and acceleration time show that the measures taken are effective and make the safety performance of the vehicle improved successfully.
