声屏障在住宅小区声环境中的设计研究与应用

Research and Application of Noise Barriers in Acoustic Environment Designing to Residential District

叙述了我国声屏障的发展概况以及设计声屏障应遵循的原则及注意事项,并结合天津市莱茵春天小区隔声屏障的设计,说明隔声屏障在住宅小区的应用。分析了此隔声屏障设计的优点和不足之处。建议建筑师、规划师掌握有关声学的基本知识,将声环境这一因素考虑到规划设计以及建筑设计中。

The general review of the development of acoustic barrier in China was diserted and the principle and points for attention in designing acoustic environment was reviewed as well. Based on the design of acoustic barrier in Laiyin Spring housing community in Tianjin, the application of acoustic barrier in housing community was shown and suggested. The Virtue and shortcoming of acoustic barrier in the mentioned district were analyzed. It demands architects and city planner should master Correlative acoustic knowledge, herein think more about acoustic environment in planning and designing.
