摘要
针对内螺旋全断面采样机在火电厂应用中易发生黏煤、堵煤的现象,指出堵煤会给采样的代表性、设备维护的工作量、设备的安全运行和进煤量等带来影响,通过分析其发生堵煤的原因,总结了预防堵煤的发生应采取观察煤样量、预防性清理和改进设备等措施。
According to the phenomenon of coal caking and jamming during the application of inner spiral and full section coal sampler in power plant, it was indicated that coal jamming would seriously affect the representativeness of coal sampling, the workload of equipment maintenance, the safe operation of equipment and coal feeding amount. The causes of coal jamming was deeply analyzed in this paper, and then the corresponding preventive measures, such as observation on coal sample amount, preventive cleaning and equipment improvement, were proposed.
