摘要
总结了铁煤集团多年来在矿井煤质管理方面的探索与实践,并阐述了其在内涵管理、过程管理以及在科技进步与创新方面所取得的成果。
The exploration and practice of coal quality management in coal mines of Tiefa Coal Group was summarized in this paper, and the achievements from aspects of connotation management, process management, technical advance and innovation were described.
