阔叶山麦冬与麦冬的鉴别比较

Pharmacognostical identification of Radix Liriopes Platyphylla and Radix ophiopogonis

目的通过对土麦冬Radix Liriopes Platyphylla的系统鉴定,明确其与正品麦冬的区别。方法采用原植物鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定等对土麦冬进行鉴定,并与正品麦冬比较。结果土麦冬在原植物特征、性状特征、显微特征、理化特征上与正品麦冬差别显著。结论土麦冬与麦冬应区分使用。

OEJECTIVE To research identification methods of Radix Liriopes Platyphylla, Which compared with Radix Ophiopogonis. METHODS The comparative study was conducted by identification of original plant, macroscopical identification, microscopical identification, physical and chemical identification （ultraviolet spectroscopy and thin-layer chromatography）. RESULTS Radix Liriopes Platyphylla and Radix Ophiopogonis were obviously different in the above identifications. CONCLUSION The two crude drug should be applied separably.
