幽门螺杆菌感染与妊娠期血小板减少及妊娠剧吐的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 妊娠期血小板减少的发病率为1%,绝大多数病因不明.其发病机制可能与孕期血液稀释、胎盘循环中血小板破坏过多、激素对巨核细胞生成的抑制等有关.近年有报道特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）和妊娠剧吐可能与幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori）感染有关[1].随着研究的深入,H.pylori感染与循环系统、内分泌系统的关系已逐渐为人们所重视.本研究旨在探讨妊娠期间血小板的变化以及妊娠剧吐与H.pylori感染的相关性.
