盐酸法舒地尔治疗120例肺动脉高压临床疗效观察

摘要 目的评价盐酸法舒地尔治疗肺动脉高压的临床短期疗效及安全性。方法将我院2009年1月到2011年1月门诊及住院患者被诊断为肺动脉高压的120例随机分为两组,对照组58例给予地高辛、利尿剂、抗凝药物等传统常规治疗,治疗组62例给予常规治疗加盐酸法舒地尔。结果应用盐酸法舒地尔治疗后患者的6min步行距离,SPAP,氧分压,氧饱和度均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔可以降低肺动脉压力,对肺动脉高压患者短期治疗有效。
