自体-2000型血液回收机在手术中抢救大出血病人的应用

Intraoperative autotransfusion and the use of ZITI-2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System in rescue patients with serious surgical bleeding

目的:研究在外科大出血抢救中应用自体2000型血液回收机的效果。方法:统计1996年11月至1999年6月应用自体血液回收机进行抢救的外科大出血病人10例,观察其治疗效果并与1995年6月至1999年6月未用血液回收机的7例外科大出血病人进行比较。结果:应用自体2000型血液回收机抢救的10例大出血病人全部成活,未用血液回收机抢救的7例大出血病人有4例死亡,3例存活。结论:使用自体2000型血液回收机能及时回收失血,维持有效循环,减少异体输血合并症,有助于提高抢救成功率。

Objective: To study the effect of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion and the use of ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System to rescue patients with serious surgical bleeding. Methods: 10 patients with serious surgical bleeding from November 1996 to June 1999 were retrospectively studied for intraoperative autotransfusion using ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System. The treatment results were investigated and compared with those of the 7 patients who didn't use intraoperative autotransfusion to treat the serious surgical bleeding from June 1995. Results: The 10 patients rescued with ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System all survived, while 4 of those performed without ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System died and the remaining 3 survived. Conclusion: ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System can reclaim surgial bleeding in time, maintain remaining availability circulation, reduce the complications of homologous transfusion, and increase the success rate of rescue.
